All GOGGULL frames include the following features:

SAFE: All of our frames have passed the drop-ball test for high-impact performance as specified by the American National Standards Institute, granting them the ANSI Z87 safety rating. The drop-ball test involves a 1-inch steel ball (weighing roughly 2.4oz) being dropped from a test height of 50 inches; for eyewear to pass, both the lens and frames must remain intact. Additionally, the GOGGULL wraparound style meets the safety standards for enhanced protection.

TOUGH: The durable, thermoplastic TR90 material that make up our frames meet safety standards for heat conduction and provide additional protection against hazardous weather elements—ideal for sports and outdoors activities.

ADVANCED: Our polycarbonate lenses include 100% UV400 protection from harsh ultraviolet light rays, blocking wavelengths up to 400 nanometers, including UVA and UVB rays. Our clear lenses also include cutting-edge technology that blocks 35% of potentially harmful blue light (known as "blue blockers"), which mitigates the harsh effects of artificial light, particularly at night and when around LED digital screens.

QUALITY: All of our lenses include anti-scratch coatings to improve wear, anti-reflective coatings to reduce glare, and anti-fog coatings to address the effects of condensation during rapid temperature changes.

SECURE: Our frames include pliable temples allow the wearer to adjust the fit and rubber tips for a no-slip grip. Our 5-barrel hinges are made of stainless steel designed not to break and are held secure with coated, stainless steel screws for long-lasting wear and a tight hold.

VERSATILE: Although our frames are not designed as fit-overs, many customers have been able to wear them over their prescription glasses comfortably. A prescription lens insert is currently in development, which will enable GOGGULL frames to accommodate all prescriptions.
